Craig Hopkins grew up in New Hampshire and graduated from Bowdoin College in 1995.

He then worked on a game preserve in Africa, conducted genetic research at Harvard Institute of Medicine, worked for Scripps Research Institute, and helped start a medical devices company.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and has since worked at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Delaware and at Veterinary Surgical and Diagnostic Specialists in New Jersey.

He is a welcome addition to the Sakonnet Veterinary Hospital staff.
