Dr. William Condon established Sakonnet Veterinary Hospital in 1972 with his classmate Dr. Kenneth Rix. Today, he lives in Portsmouth with his wife of over 40 years as well as their Border Terrier named Hamish.
As a father of four children, Dr. Condon has been active in many community organizations including the Portsmouth School Committee and Portsmouth Little League. He is also a past president of the Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association (RIVMA). In addition to his strong family bonds, his passions outside the veterinary world include sea kayaking, photography, and travel.
