Assistants
Happy to assist you!
We conduct our Office Visits with the able help of our Veterinary Assistants. Their gentle restraint positions our patients for thorough physical exams and protects them during the administration of medications and vaccinations. When blood testing or other diagnostic procedures are needed, our Veterinary Assistants are there to help. They can explain the proper use of and administration of prescribed medications, and they can answer your questions about care and treatments that every pet needs. 
ViewKrystal Cordiero
Krystal is one of our many wonderful assistants and she often works in the hospital with the Technicians. She is very dedicated to the patients, getting to know them and giving them lots of love. She has a special interest in caring for wildlife and reptilian animals. 
ViewHolly White
Holly worked in the kennel for us for a couple of years before moving upstairs to become a Veterinary Assistant. She is very competent when it comes to dealing with animals, and is a great person to have around for those difficult appointments when the pet just doesn't want to be held. She's always happy and helpful. 
ViewDanielle Boucher
Danielle worked for Dr. Belinksy before she came to us with him in 2005. She has a lot of experience, and she has fit right into the routine at Sakonnet Veterinary Hospital. 
ViewCarrie Winning
Carrie has been working for us for several years. She started as a kennel assistant and has been working as a Veterinary Assistant since 2005. She is a student of medical technology, and when she completes her training we hope she will still be able to do part-time work with us. 
ViewMelissa Albert
Melissa is a people person who happens to also love dogs and cats. She does her work with cheerful enthusiasm. She is a welcome addition to our Veterinary Assistant staff.
